Supervisory board of JSC ‘Universal Sugurta” announces competition to the CEO’S position in Company

Requirements:

• The Diploma of graduation from the Institute in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In case if Diploma of graduation obtained abroad, it must be recognized in Uzbekistan.
• Work experience not less than three years in the sphere of insurance(apart from experience as the insurance agent, and also at position of the support, technical and service personnel)
• Knowledge of the legislation on insurance activity
• Work experience as executive position not less than three years(according to the requirement “Regulations on the qualification requirements shown to the head and the chief accountant of the insurer, the insurance broker and their separate divisions”( APPROVED BY MINISTRY OF FINANCE FROM 30/04/2013 № 42, registered by Ministry of Justice 30.05.2013 № 2462

Obligatory knowledge:

• the legislation on corporate law
• legislative and the normative legal acts regulating financial and economic activities of Insurance company
• bases of the labor, economic and tax law
• market methods of managing and company management
• order of the signing and executing of economic and financial contracts
• principles and methods of management

Obligatory skills

• to manage financial and economic activity of the company according to the legislation
• to provide observance of legality
• to organize high-quality work and effective interaction of all structural divisions of the company
